21 Day Challange

I had a lot of feedback and takeup on my Anxiety challange. Something like 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 of our clients. I personally felt like focussing on my 3 things each day helped. I also hinted that PreKure were doing a great job on their facebook site in helping people through this time. So, I am going all in and putting out there a 21 day challange to focus on sleep, food, exercise, fun and learning. If you want to join me. Check out the video.
