Your sounding board for all life’s big (and small) financial decisions.

There’s nothing quite like being a doctor.
You might call it a privilege. Maybe even a calling.
It’s intellectually stimulating. Professionally fulfilling.
And sometimes, emotionally challenging.

You’re extremely proud of the work you do.
And you wouldn’t have it any other way.

But at the end of each shift, as you ease off your sensible shoes, collapse onto the lounge, and quietly close your eyes for a few moments of peace...

Your mind starts.
Chattering. Worrying. Running scenarios through your head.
Not about the work you do and the people you help…

But all the other stuff in your life.

The money stuff…

I’m a consultant and making good money (finally).
But what the heck am I supposed to do with it?
What insurance do I need? And how much?
Why did I ignore my tax returns for the last five years?
And oh god, does this mean I’m going to go bankrupt?

The work stuff…

What do I need to do to start my own practice?
How do I negotiate rates for consulting rooms?
Should I change jobs?
Or can I tweak the job I’m in?
And how can I do more of the work I truly enjoy without sacrificing my lifestyle?

And the life stuff…

How do I find a nanny and what do I pay them? Ahhh…contracts!
Is an annual overseas, little-bit-luxe trip really possible?
Should I send the kids to Churchie or BGS or the local school?
Should I buy that house? And how the heck do I bid?
Can I have a baby? And still work? And without a partner?

Though I was an evolving expert in my own field of medicine, I didn’t have the equivalent expertise to make the best decisions about my own financial affairs — particularly setting up a private practice.

It made sense to me to outsource those decisions to someone who was an expert and could help me make the right decisions.

You’re a medical expert.
Not a money expert.

Scraper-v1.png

Or a business specialist.
Or some spiritually-awakened, vegan life coach who has all the answers. All the time.

Yet you're expected to have all this stuff figured out.
After all, you're smart. You make life changing decisions every day.

But your own life decisions — big and small — just keep whirling around and never quite get resolved.

Unanswered. Undecided. Unknown.
And you’re uncertain about what’ll happen next.

See, there’s no textbook for life. And it’s okay to not have all the answers.

To not have everything figured out. For things to be a bit messy.

That’s what we’re here for. To help you work it all out.
Together.
